From reclaimed solid oak to uncoated steel that highlights its natural patina, all pieces are hand finished using oil, wax or varnish. Together this creates naturally beautiful and long-lasting pieces perfect for modern home living. The nimbus is a thin cross section of an oak log, mounted on a round black matte frame. The small cracks and imperfections in the wood are deftly filled up with the same metal and then the whole is smoothed over.
